به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از خبر امروز دوشنبه منابع محلی، دولت پاكستان و سازمان ملل متحد بطور مشترك راهكارهای اولیه ای را در فوریه ﴿اواسط بھمن گذشته﴾ برای مقاوم سازی خانه ها و دیگر بناهای این كشور در برابر بلایای طبیعی، ایجاد سامانه های ھشداردھندہ بویژہ ساخت ساختمان های مقاوم در برابر سیل و دیگر حوادث طبیعی، در نظر گرفتند.

در همین حال ایجاد ناامنی ها در مناطق قبایلی تحت كنترل دولت فدرال پاكستان موسوم به (FATA)، باعث آوارگی میلیون ھا نفر از ساكنان این مناطق شده است، ولی بسیاری از مردم مناطق قبایلی توسط دولت و دیگر ارگان ھای ملی و بین المللی كه با هدف فراھم كردن رفاه عمومی برای مردم مناطق قبایلی مشغول به فعالیت بودند، به محل زندگیشان بازگشته اند.

به گفته دفتر سازمان ملل متحد در پاكستان، از 20 ژانویه 2012 ﴿30 دی 1390﴾ حدود 200 ھزار نفر از مردم این كشور به دلیل عملیات نیروھای امنیتی پاكستان علیه شبه نظامیان در مناطق قبایلی خیبر، این نقاط را ترك كرده اند .

دفتر ھماھنگی امور انسان دوستانه سازمان ملل متحد (OCHA) در تلاش برای ایجاد ھمكاری بین سازمان ھای امدادی با دولت پاكستان برای رسیدگی به نیازھای بیش از ھفت میلیون نفر جمعیت پاكستان هستند كه با مشكلات ناشی از سیل و وجود نا امنی ھا در این كشور مواجه شده اند.

'جان جینگ' مدیر عملیاتی این دفتر در سفر سه روزہ خود به پاكستان با دولت این كشور و آژانس های بین المللی و امدادی دربارہ تلاش مشترك برای رسیدگی به وضع پنج میلیون نفر از آوارگان ناشی از سیل سال 2011 در ایالات سند و بلوچستان پاكستان بحث و تبادل نظر كرد.

وی در حین بازدید از اردوگاه ھای مردمی و آوارگان ناشی ازسیل در پاكستان، گفت: ھم اكنون كمك ھای مالی از بزرگترین دغدغه ما به شمار می رود، زیرا بودجه بسیاری از آژانس ھای امدادی تا دو ماہ آیندہ به پایان می رسد.

دولت پاكستان سازمان ھا و آژانس ھای امدادی سازمان ملل متحد و شركای آنان برای نجات جان مردم فاجعه دیدہ از سیل در پاكستان و همچنین فراھم كردن شرایط رفاهی برای آنان، تاكنون صدھا میلیون دلار در این مسیر ھزینه كردہ اند.
